Edward Neve

Edward's journey in the mental health profession began over 15 years ago, taking him from group home settings, to inpatient psychiatry in various different hospitals in the New York area, to multiple private practices and community mental health outpatient centers. He has worked with individuals ranging from 5 years old to over 90 years old, allowing him to collaborate with healthcare professionals from a wide range of disciplines.
Edward's unique path toward becoming a clinician has brought him to specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. He has extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA community and the unique challenges that they face in today's social landscape. His years studying both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology gives him a perspective that emphasizes the inseparable relationship between the two approaches in attaining one's mental health goals.

Edward focuses on employing a client-centered approach by offering each individual the most up-to-date clinical expertise necessary to make the choices that will foster their own, unique vision of mental wellness. His passion for the arts and performance has allowed him to appreciate the value of a creative and innovative approach in providing mental health care. He strives to meet each individual where they are on their journey to wellness, appreciating the importance of patience and transparency in each therapeutic interaction. He works to create a safe, non-judgmental space that allows the individual to realize their own sense of wholeness and empowerment.
