I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor specializing in sex and relationship therapy, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and self-esteem issues for adults (18+). This also includes the most common concerns you may be facing in life, such as gaps in desire, sexual functioning issues, gender identity, sexual behavior that feels out of control, problems with effective communication, and support around coping skills.

No matter the struggle, my office is a judgment-free zone where you are free to share and grow in the way that best suits you. Each session is tailored to you, and our work together is all about your unique needs. I invite you to roll up your sleeves and get to the stuff you have been afraid to talk about for fear of judgment - I can’t wait to get started with you!

I understand the impact of stress on sexual minorities and know first-hand the importance of having a therapist who embraces the complexities of sexuality, the spectrum of identities, and various relationship styles. No power dynamic, fetish, kink, fantasy, behavior, or desire is “too much” for us to discuss together.
