Welcome! Finding the right therapist can be challenging, I’m glad you are here! I work with individuals and couples with various backgrounds and stressors. Whether your difficulties are related to family, relationships, finances, major life transitions, communication, sexuality, or identity and self-expression, I treat the anxiety, depression, and trauma associated with these experiences. My practice supports the LGBTQIA2+ community
The experiences we go through shape who we are. However, we do have some agency in who we become. I work from a relational perspective to offer you a safe and judgment-free environment where you can be your genuine self. As we form an authentic connection, I will help you navigate your particular challenges towards becoming the person you desire to be.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation because the therapeutic relationship is essential for effective therapy. We can talk about your reason for seeking treatment, and I can answer your questions and tell you more about what influences my work. If we are a good fit, we can discuss steps to move forward. I look forward to hearing from you!
